Submission of information is entirely voluntary. No user is legally compelled by this platform to submit any data.
3. Legal Basis for Collection
Information is collected strictly on the basis of:
voluntary consent of the submitting affectee,
good-faith documentation for potential legal proceedings,
public interest and victim coordination, and
possible submission to competent authorities upon lawful demand.
This platform does not collect information covertly, unlawfully, or through surveillance.
